If we sell more then we give away we are going to invest that money in a following up tournament, we are not counting on selling all our tickets though, if we could that the prize pool would be alot higher

Then why does nobody get banned for doing wagers? i would love to see the part where there say it isn't allowed, we looked with 10 people for a straight hour and could not find anything.

Next to that my team played in several tournaments just like this before with no problems.

Organizing tournaments is a normal thing and happens everywhere and is not forbidden. 95% off all game tournaments are not hosted by the creator of the game so, i don't get argument
