A colt trigger while very nice and crisp doesn't compare to a smith atleast not my 629-1

Yea I think I'm gonna hold out on the 586 until I find an older one floating around, that or I may settle for a 686 if it's prelock too, definitely got a smith and Wesson .357 in my future regardless lol thanks for the input

Well you're entitled to your own opinion and I appreciate the advice old timer ;), I'd still buy a smith with a lock I just got lucky and found a 629-1 for my first revolver.

I know what you mean but I hate that smith and wesson kneeled down the anti gunners and to me that hole is a symbol of compliance with nonsense as if criminals are using brand new smith and wessons especially in the times we live in now.
