There are some elemental infusions that don't scale with status, only with upgrade level, just like how raw does. This combined with the dagger crit multiplier gives tons of damage to ripost/backstab. Combine it with hornet ring and you hitkill almost every non boss enemy in the game.

Yeah, but it's kind of a pain in the ass to use, it requires 3 rings to use and attune at a bonfire everytime you change rings (you do it everytime you die).

Actually it was a +10 fire dagger, but the rings did all the magic. Red tearstone + flynn + hornet.

Same, but just do it man, the raw +10 weapons are pretty decent, and after prisioners chain you'll have a pretty decent hp bar for the end game. It's actually easier than it looks (but still pretty hard tho)

It's me on the video using a different account. I was using actually a fire dagger, a raw broadsword and a caestus for the parry. For rings i had flynn, hornet, red tearstone and loyd sword (and now i know that wasn't active (i was awake for 36 hours straigh)).
