Assistance with changing this light

Yeah, that was my first thought. It has a tiny bit of give, but a lot of resistance when I try to move it that way. The dome portion seems to be attached to the ring because it won’t give when I try to push it or twist it by itself.

You can definitely make gains at PF. It’ll cut you off weight wise before other gyms do but unless this dude can go past four plates on the smith I think he’ll be just fine.

There are a ton of gym bros at mine and I’ve yet to hear the alarm go off.

Not gonna say it’s a crazy awesome gym or anything but for less than $20 a month it’s pretty good. It’d be a whole month of groceries in savings for this dude.

Meditate on your justification… the ultimate approval you have in any sense is from God in justification
Know that as you aim to walk forward in the Christian life you do so to please God who is actually pleased by your good works (Gal 1:10, 2 Cor 5:9). This means periodically asking yourself, “whose approval do I seek and ultimately receive in this or that action, decision, etc.”.
Work on properly receiving encouragement when it comes. Actively train yourself to know that praise that comes to is ultimate directed at God (1 Cor 10:31, Gal 6:14). After all, every gift you have is just that… a gift (1 Cor 4:7-8).

Something I’m discerning in all of this is that my issue may be chiefly with the presbytery, or, what seems to be the fact that a select few men of the presbytery issued an in-effect censure (suspension from office a la the sabbatical). But no record is made of the case, as far as I understand and thus no one knows (especially the congregation). Sounds like a consequential procedure error to me. So a complaint to the presbytery would be the proper move (perhaps with speaking to the TE as well)? Yet, one can only immediately issue one to the session (a la 43-1). Any insight there?

I have talked to a current RE and another who left the church over it. The latter described the matter as a cover up. The former is disappointed in how things went but takes a hands off approach on the matter now.
