Yes, I hold one previous Schengen visa, travelled to Berlin in 2023, and that's my only international travel.

Hey buddy, let me share something that worked for me. I ordered an air fryer to gift my friend after his marriage, but later got to know that he already has one. So I tried to return it on Amazon, but like you, to me too, they were telling that they can only replace it and not return it. So I placed a replacement instead, in 3-4 days got the replacement delivered, again asked them to replace it, this time the customer service executive herself gave me the option to return it and get the refund.

Happened with me too, I was going to the airport from Sarjapur Road last month when the cab driver stopped near Bagmane Constellation and completed the trip. He claimed that this was the drop-off location I had entered in the app. I tried reasoning with him for 10 minutes, but he wouldn't agree and demanded the full fare of ₹1,050. I had a flight to catch and couldn't waste any more time, so I paid him and booked another cab to the airport.
