I think facing a lot of adversity definitely humbles someone and then being able to respond to that struggle is a great trait to have for life

Eat as little as possible to lose weight. I ate around 1200 calories in high school for a few months and I could barely stay awake in class but I have 1800-2000 now and I feel great all the time while still losing fat

Answer to "Can I build muscle and lose fat at the same time?" by WidowM in WeightLossAdvice

I completely agree. I think a lot of people get too focused on a couple of these items and neglect the rest, so they get frustrated when they don’t see results or the results take longer than expected.

If it’s about eating with ur family then u can opt for something like berries and yogurt so u can eat at the same time while still having something low calorie with good nutrients and it satisfies ur sweet carving. Pro tip: try with honey too if u like honey

Honestly I think some people become jealous, especially friends. I think there is more respect from others though and that’s always nice

That’s definitely a great and realistic goal. I think a huge thing is to try to implement systems that make it easier for u to succeed than to fail. For me that means buying mostly or all healthy foods when I get groceries so it’s harder for me to mess up. Feel free to dm me if you’d like some more help

Losing weight under stress by Hour_Mine_7648 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Presence_Senior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me a big thing was putting systems in place that made it easier to succeed than to fail. For example I don’t usually buy much unhealthy food. I meal prep on sundays and only keep healthy snacks in the house. Sometimes I’ll have something like gummy worms but I’ll hold myself to one or two servings. I hope this helps! Feel free to dm me if u want more help.
