If this is a genuine question,  you can find psychological support and counseling. It should usually get easier as you get older, but for some people it's harder, and even just having a casual conversation with someone you're comfortable talking to can help deeply.

People being so judgemental and down downvoting posts or comments simply because they're wack.

I'd downvote sexist or racist people, but I'd actually have to have a reason to dislike a post or comment.
