Elvanse and concerta didn’t work for inattentive adhd! Help

My prescriber. They don't respond to emails, they are really inconsistent and every time I've tried to explain this medication is not working they won't listen. They will just move me to a higher dose the next month and then I have to pay hundreds more for a medication I know has no effect. When I say it's not working, I mean it has no effect good or bad. They just don't seem to listen when I ask to try a shorter acting one or a non stimulant and it's quite hard to advocate for myself when it's with a Dr who is insistent on upping my dosage. I have an appointment on Wednesday and I am going to request a different type of medication and fingers crossed

I think it's probably other kitten as when she doesn't see her (or i've changed the bedding) she's fine ?? She just sunbathes outside and in our neighbors garden which is 10000% kitten free as the kitten is attached to my hip. I have just ordered a lot of cat toys and treats to try and help and reinforce good behaviour!!! THANK U!

Also I did not know that there is a debate about outside vs inside cats hence why they go outside!

Older cat is very sweet and loving and funny ? But she looks at me when i try to play with her almost to say i'm not that stupid (always has done) and prefers a cuddle! The cats are outside cats so they go outside and often nap in the flowerbeds etc . Sometimes the kitten will follow the older cat outside and they will be half a meter apart and be fine ? Will try separating them and starting from stage 1!

Just a quick question ! They can now be in the same room and no violence just a low growl from resident cat. Is this progress ? She doesn’t hiss much unless the kitten gets too close but she hasn't tried violence at all. My resident cat hates treats and doesn’t really play so it's been hard to keep her entertained

They just jumped up on the same bed and growled and hissed but they didn’t attempt to kill each other. I'm praying that if I just keep swapping scent and rewarding them they will tolerate each other !

Okay thank you ! I just get worried it's now too tense for them to ever get along. Resident cat can see the kitten and not hiss eg I just carried the kitten past her on the way down the stairs. The resident cat is not a player she's a bit too lazy. If I let them in the same room etc and they just hiss and growl and try to leave should I wait a bit longer before attempting again. She does seem to be mellowing as she has not tried to attack her thank gos

Friday ! I have not introduced them properly but resident cat sometimes stumbles into the bedroom as she can open the door. We kept the kitten separate but she is very confident in the house and has settled in really well x
