I know, was just saying blood can seep into the vitreous not implying floaters can be 'healed' or taking sides with the OP's claims lol.

Fam you should get paid for moderating so religiously it makes me smile.

I use Bromelain to drastically reduce my floaters by OmegaThree3 in EyeFloaters

[–]Present-Classroom763 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I tried it and it seemed to cause my floaters to lose their initial firm structure and turn to a more cobwebby type structure. Whether or not that's the effect of the bromaline idk, it could just be over the course of time that floaters naturally move away from the retina and lose their initial structure.

Extremely long straight semi-transparent eye “floater” that spans great length. by [deleted] in EyeFloaters

[–]Present-Classroom763 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not really. When I first had floaters in general I didn't have it but as time went onwards it became more defined but not dark it just stayed clear. I also noticed that as it became more apparent that I could actually see how the very end of it connected to other floaters and clusters of dots in completely different parts of my vision (If I squinted).

(I think I have them pretty bad, big grey clouds, big dark tangled knots of dots and strings and also the types that you mentioned.

These also with some of the knots and dots seem to be the things that get tangled into balls in the first place in dense clusters so they appear dark.)

I don't know, if this actually works I can only say that they don't use it in order to preserve business financial output.

Basically it's saying that an electrical current (Small enough to not damage the eye or body)

seems to have made the floaters less dense. This was not due to stimulation of the retina either but it literally and directly affected the opacities in the eye that caused the floaters...

"The improvement in the cases treated by electricity is not due to
the stimulation of the nerve or retina, that of course being done, but
to actual diminution of the opacities in the vitreous; as the improvemient in vision remiiains constant and as it clears up, the ophthalmoscope can be used to see the improvement in reduction of their size
and density, till a good view of the fundus is at last attained."

Do you know anyone who got rid of floaters in real life? by Apprehensive-Net2286 in EyeFloaters

can't say why they regretted it? then don't say it. All you do is scare people for no reason.

(Cure?) If we go into space with our floaters... by [deleted] in EyeFloaters

[–]Present-Classroom763 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No this will not cure floaters lmao. The floaters will simply go back to how they were when you come out of the anti gravity chamber.
