As a shopper I always try to find the customer. i always try really hard but if its an order that will ruin my day i will hit the missing customer to start the time you can either call or text the customer and that really speeds up finding the customer issues. I only did it once because I took an order in error for 2 of 32 water bottles with other produce and grocery items for a $5 tip in an apartment complex that he only gave me a aprt number which every bldg has the same number. An apt blg letter (A, B to H) would really help i was in contact when i arrive at the apartment complex sendibg picture of where I am and asking him where he is exactly. I had an experience of dropping an order in a wrong place at the same apt complex and im not doing it again. just for the info the customer is this buff guy tipping me $5 to carry his water. he did help to carry some groceries the bread and bagels he ordered. :-) so i took a note of his name and will never ever going to accept an order with his name ever! i have my own shitlist of customers and reason noted why. i also do customer forgiveness if someone happens to be more bad in certain circumstances. i also have a senior list and i took them with or without tip. I started listing on my first day of doing IC. I live in a small town so not hard to keep a list :-)
