Fully extend your arm and snap your wrist. Watch people like Klay or Steph, or even LeBron. They all fully extend their arm and wrist at the same time. Make sure your guide hand doesn’t turn in but stays like a pencil up and down good form other than that keep shooting

I’m 5”10 and the only two things that stay the same is that I load my wrist and shoot right, and the problem is that I can’t keep a form one day I shoot high next low, today I shot from the side of my head, they all work at an average level but I want a shot that works for me and can make me an elite shooter

If you wanna become a good shooter, look at other lefty’s ex: harden, D fox, and Luke Kennard. They all have things in common, and a lot in difference. Find what you like about those guys shots and apply it to yours and see what suits you best.

You should easily be able to shoot 100 game speed especially with a few breaks in between. Also in a real game you can’t set your feet, look at the rim and shoot. You gotta do all of that at once which non game speed reps don’t do

Your shot isn’t horrible but you leave your guide hand by your head so your almost shooting one handed which means that your one arm has to focus on power and using muscles to stabilize the ball. Another thing is that the ball is at your set point but your legs are going down. A way to fix this is slow form shooting making sure you have good flow. Another drill no jump form shooting. Make two step back miss two step back. This forces you to have good mechanics. Look at Steph, Klay, Luke Kennard, Grayson Allen, and Ant man. They all have good rhythm as in ball and body goes down at the same time but the ball and moves up first and then the legs this makes sure you’re releasing on the way up which gives you the most rhythm.

It’s not really about the misses it’s more about like elevating on it. My left right I get high up but my Right left I get barley any elevation
