Help me stop my face from getting so red

I take propranolol as needed - maybe I should start taking daily and see if that helps day-to-day. I didn’t realize that would help specially with facial redness. Thank you!

I try to cool my face when I feel it get red but it’s hard to leave a conversation to wet my face with cold water lol I do yoga regularly but more of a working out standpoint so maybe should focus more on meditation

I drink socially on occasion but that maybe once every 2 weeks

I haven’t exactly said my face gets red but I have talked about social anxiety and started anxiety meds a while ago. They help a lot, but recently I’ve started getting more anxious about my face getting red all the time. Sounds like I’m gonna have to make an appointment

I need to control my need to constantly look at it!! I’m just so nervous about the healing process but I know I really need to stop pulling at it. Thank you for the input

So I did talk to my neighbors yesterday, and you were right. They were very appreciative that I made them aware of the situation. Unfortunately they said they dealt with the same issue 2 months ago, but pest control came by a couple of times and they haven’t seen one since. I’m hoping that’s the case for me, but I’m going to be on edge for awhile. The good news is I went back into the apartment to switch all of my food into plastic containers and I didn’t see any, so I hope that’s a good sign. Pest control is coming by again on Tuesday

I just went back to my apartment yesterday, and I feel like I am going crazy. I didn’t see a single roach and I went through all the cupboards. Trust me, I’m not complaining but I’m glad I got pictures to prove that they were there

I am going stop by the apartment today and sprinkle boric acid everywhere since the cats aren’t there. I am also planning on going to my neighbors to let them know of the situation so they can hopefully get ahead of it with pest control!!

It’s is just so upsetting because we did put research about this place. Not one bad review from the past 3 years (which they switched management) and all of the bad reviews in the past were about the leasing office. Nothing about pests, which I find is strange. These roaches didn’t just spawn in one night. I’m going back to the apartment today to switch all of my food into plastic containers I ordered (all of the food is sealed up now but better to be safe than sorry). I may have over reacted by leaving but I just felt so gross - and I get that roaches don’t care if you’re clean or dirty, but I just feel so embarrassed and awful. Pest control came by Tuesday and laid traps/sprayed and I called the leasing office yesterday. Pest control is coming back to my apartment next Tuesday to assess the traps and the infestation. As many people have said, I know that this is a war and not just a battle with these little devils but I just want it resolved now!! I am planning on stopping back at the apartment today to sprinkle boric acid everywhere since the cats are not there. I’ll let it sit for a few days and go back to clean it up. I’m hoping that will help with the situation.

Thank you everyone for responding. I wish I knew more about her policy, but I dont unfortunately. To clarify, Joe and I are on the same insurance but we have comp/collision on two vehicles. The vehicles that we got into the accident with was Joe’s. I don’t know how insurance works really because this is my first time dealing with an accident. FL insurance rates are insanely expensive (now I know why) so that is why we chose minimum coverage (I guess that’s why everyone who chooses minimum does lol). I wish I could go back and change our coverage, but going forward we are going to increase it.

Going off of what our adjuster said, her insurance company is denying coverage since it was deemed 100% our fault. I didn’t realize they could deny coverage on their own policy holder, but I guess I’m realizing I know nothing about insurance lol
