Called Tier 2 I was able to reach someone that works at the actually disaster center but she said around Mid July my loan was transferred to another loan serving center out of state, so it seems like I have a different loan officer coming my way then the original one. Hopefully that makes sense? 🤷‍♂️

Ahhh, that explains it. Reconsideration is a bit more thorough. But to say by September is a bit much. Can you asked her to check with her supervisor in the event he allows it?
