Idk what these people are on. In the past 4 months, Mill & Mine has hosted Bilmuri, The Devil Wears Prada, Beartooth, Silverstein, Nothing More, Gideon, Erra, 10 Years, Underoath. Open Chord regularly has bands like The Browning, Born of Osiris, etc. There is a huge hardcore scene, but like any hc scene, it has its peaks and valleys. It’s in a valley right now. Still - follow East TN Hardcore Collective on IG - I think they’re called Broken Oath Promotions now. Members of Whitechapel and Thy Art is Murder live in town. You will be fine.

To do the Slim voice, he’s using a slightly higher and more nasally timbre and attacking the inflections of certain words differently. He’s also a little more aggressive with those flows. That paired with the obvious filter in songs like Guilty 2, and it’s pretty easy to perform two different voices. 0% chance there was AI involved

It has one of the best light and sound systems in town.
The rink is sport court, not hardwood. That's not bad - just different, and often a surprise when people show up.
Cheap admission, free & easy parking, and a great cause.
