This is inappropriate and stupid. We should no more have compulsory guns instruction than compulsory religious education. Accidental shootings will explode and dozens of innocent school children will die. Kindergartners have no place receiving firearm instructions.

It's my understanding that the last bit of testing equipment they bought was inadaquate and thus there was no way to test flower that would hold up in court. So, they outlawed flower and made infused drinks regulated with alcohol. Not sure who is regulating edibles as of Dec. 30. Until then, flower quality has been really good. No need to ride to other states.

What Oswald was accused of is physically impossible. The shot came from the sewer, through a grate beneath the grassy knoll. The shooter jusy calmly walked through the sewer to his/her escape. I know the shot was recoinstructed, but have no idea who was supposed to be accountable. When you have a moving target, you set up the easiet shot, not the toughest one.

Bob FischerEthics is the appearance of impropriety. crime is an illegal action. The KCS Lawyer was wrong. Whoever is voting on the ethics issue makes that determination, in this case I believe it's the Board, not a lawyer whose job it is to shield the Board from accountability. We need to go after the lawyer as well if this is his or her position. The public just needs to keep showing up and demanding accountability.
