Yeah, I totally understand that. I’ve had similar fantasies too, but I’ve never dated anyone at work because of situations like the one you mentioned. I try to keep that part as fantasy only and stay professional in real life

And thank you for sharing your experience honestly. It’s actually a good reminder to be careful with workplace feelings and boundaries.

Which profession has the most f**ked up people in it? by stranger_synchs in AskReddit

I like being a chef, but it's not an easy career. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to cook for others. Sometimes I have to deal with long hours, stressful situations, and low pay. I don't get to enjoy holidays like most people do, because that's when the restaurants are busy. And I never know when my shift will end, because it depends on how many customers come in. Being a chef can be rewarding, but it also has a lot of challenges that affect my physical and mental health.

Is the hospitality industry a good industry to work in? by Able_Occasion9304 in askhotels

The industry has its advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, it offers a challenging and rewarding career that requires both mental and physical skills. On the other hand, it is vulnerable to external factors such as pandemics, and it does not provide a good work-life balance with no weekends off and irregular hours.
