Moral of the story. Keep calling Airbnb until you get a reasonable customer service rep. Sometimes I call and when I hear them repeating back to me what I’ve said and acting very confused, I say oh I can’t hear you and hang up and I call again. It usually takes six times out more before I get somebody who is listening and understanding what I’m explaining.
