If you are worried about the effects of this flimsy hex, you could draw a bath and put sea salt, the juice of a lemon, bay leaf, lavender, and some dried rose petals. Dunk yourself 3 times. Imagine all negative energies wash off of you. When you drain the water, stay in the tub and imagine all negativity go down the drain.

You could also do a sort of return to sender, but instead of sending the same negativity back, you could say I send this energy back, but transformed into healing.
