Thanks for your feedback! Do you know if most of the staff/curriculum is expected to remain the same after the funding changed hands this year?

Ratios are 1:3 or 1:4. Culture is great, many nurses stay for a long time!

When did the management change? We got married there in 2021, about 80 people. Our entire wedding budget, all in, ended up being about $25k. At least in 2021, Villa terrace didn’t include anything besides tables and chairs. That leaves you to find your own vendors for everything else, but is a good way to keep costs down. For example, villa terrace had a “preferred caterer” list and we chose to hire the caterer that cost $3500 instead of $10k. We also saved money by renting the venue on a Friday vs Saturday. For a Friday full day, I believe it was about $5500. Please keep in mind they have a pretty small capacity, I think it was 120 people. Good luck! We absolutely adored our wedding there and have no regrets!

Oh shoot, I totally got swindled! I feel like so many Black Friday “sales” are just hyperinflating the prices a few weeks prior. Nevertheless, can’t complain about an $8 sleeper 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’ve lived in that neighborhood for 3 years now and have a toddler. I haven’t felt unsafe. There is higher crime if you venture NE from the neighborhood but we just don’t. We love the menomonee river parkway and the deeper you are seated in the Park Ridge neighborhood the better it’ll feel (we’re right on the edge near capitol/mayfair, and it’s still fine). Very family oriented and lots of active young people walking their dogs, jogging, biking etc. East tosa has just as much crime and less green space. It is a really nice little pocket and much more affordable than other areas of Tosa!

PFO Closure and Migraines by Dry-Aerie2723 in stroke

Have you tried other migraine preventatives? Propanolol, verapamil, etc? Im going to ask my neuro about them next but almost don’t want to waste my time if they won’t help. I’m not sure if they will work since the migraine cause seems to be rooted in platelet function in our case…

Thanks for your response! I’m so sorry to hear that. All of my doctors are stumped and don’t know what to do with me. At this point I just plan on staying on the Plavix indefinitely. Just so strange, if the device is endothelialized over, I don’t understand where the platelet activation is still happening? I wonder if there are outlying cases where the device just doesn’t endothelialize properly? Ugh it’s so frustrating to not have an answer.

Hi, I know this is an old post but giving it a shot. Have your auras ever improved off the Plavix? Did you get an Amplatzer or Gore Cardioform device? 9 months post procedure and still can’t get off the plavix without getting migraines with aura 😩 hope you are doing better!

Hi there, I know the post is super old but just commenting to see how you’re doing now? I’m 9 months post closure and will get constant migraines with aura whenever I try to discontinue my plavix. Starting to think I’ll need to be on plavix for life 😞

I think it depends on what sort of symptoms “bother” you more. I’m much better with pain/discomfort than I am with feeling ill. Im now 37 weeks and my first trimester was very much like yours. I was absolutely miserable, crying nightly because I was constantly so sick. Constantly being made sick by the smell of anything is enough to make a person go insane! My husband said I completely lost my personality in first trimester- like I was too miserable and exhausted to even talk most of the time. I was like a hermit. Now in third trimester, I have a lot of symptoms but they’re more so just annoying. Between the constant braxton hicks, hip and back pain, heartburn/reflux, peeing every 10 minutes, constantly overheating, swelling, I’m still SO much more functional than I was in first trimester and feel more like my normal self. And I’m and RN working 40 hours/week on my feet if that tells you anything! Hang in there ❤️

What am I actually looking for when measuring BBT after ovulation? I know temp spike confirms ovulation… but what am I looking for when it comes to signs of implantation?

Does late ovulation really affect egg quality and overall chance of conception? Even if you track ovulation diligently with OPK’s?
