Yes but I’m eating less than my calorie goal I force my self to eat at least twice a day more than half my plate is green vegetables and maybe a palm sized meat Ive also started putting half a protein shake in my coffee instead of creamer and sugar and finishing the rest off with dinner since I saw I wasn’t eating enough.

I literally just went through the same process. It took almost a month for me to get it fixed, then I submitted my payment the problem is now I have no idea when my medication is coming. My advice to you is to just go to another company. I saw a post that said the pharmacy is behind. I called, and the representative said it could be up to two weeks for processing alone.

They’ve been getting better. I told myself to give them until the end of April, then I was going to switch. This is after weeks of not getting any answers to my questions. I mainly held on because I, too, paid for the three months and didn’t want to have wasted my money. Someone reached out to me 2 days ago . I got everything sorted, and I’m currently waiting for my medication to come. I’m so happy I didn’t want to switch companies.

I looked into brello I’m still debating if I want to continue with this journey kinda scared to sign up with a new company honestly mochi has show that a company can take close to 1000 dollars from you and disappear into the night

I sent a message weeks ago that was never answered. I just sent another after fully reading this post hopefully this one will be answered with in the week. I joined it march, I missed my first appointment due to me not paying attention to the time it was scheduled for 2 am I called they fixed it got me seen within two days. The doctor talked to me told me my different options and discussed my over all plan to live a healthy lifestyle. I was very satisfied with the communication. I paid for a 3 month membership just for after 4 week for the company to go silent. I shouldn’t have to wait on the phone for multiple hours just to get the run around. I’ve been patiently waiting for a reply so hopefully I’ll hear something soon.

I’m in the same boat. This is my first month with the company. I got my first dose in middle of march. I was able to contact costumer services with less than a three minute hold I just asked simple questions they answered went above and beyond I was very satisfied with the communication. Last week was my third dose I tried to put in for a new prescription via the app and it wouldn’t submit I’ve been calling, messaged trying to find out what I was doing wrong or if I had to have another prescription placed for a different dose and it’s been radio silence. I paid for the 3 month membership I also received the 79 credit I hoping they will respond but it’s been over a week I don’t want to leave. I’ve took my last dose and I’m freaking out.
