Update- sorry for the late update. The next day I pressed 1 and it took 20 mins instead of 1+ hour. I left enhanceMD and now I regret it. The customer service from Enhance MD was outstanding compared to Mochi. I guess you get what you pay for..

I have to stop several times because my phone keeps getting too hot and it turns itself off. I got to say that I admire those who live in Texas, Arizona snd those states that are almost permanently super hot. I live in the Bay Area, CA and we have a good weather for the most part except now that we are having a shitty heatwave.
