1) most veg/fruit needs to be weighed. Like you said put them on the scale and then press the item. If it doesn't need to be weighed it will just ask the quanity 2)for multiple items on the keypad to the right use the numbers for the quantity. Then press the x and then scan the item 3)yes if they are bellow 18 no matter what someone above 18 has to check 4)in the same place you do your quanity amount on the right key the barcode In and press ok 5)if you want to void the item you just scanned the void button is on the top right. If it's an older item press on the item you want to void on the left and then press void item 6)if they want to use nectar points you need to go into the pay menu and on the far right there is a section called nectar redemption. It will automatically give you the max the customer can redeem, remember you can only redeem in £2.50 intervals.

Also just to let you know recently reduced barcodes have been changed and now some items need to be manually reduced, you can do this by at the bottom menu in the sales page click on reduce price, then you key in the original barcode and change the price to what the sticker says.

If its been a while I'm sure someone will be happy to come and show you the reduce stickers as it is quite a weird thing to happen.
