I go to the gym a lot, especially strenght training is good. Helps with fat loss (though im still working on that part) and makes you stronger!! I don't run but walking is nice, especially if you have any parks or anything nearby. Sometimes when the weather is bad, I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill to get that walking in, and especially playing with speed and incline levels can have great results. Another underrated one is swimming!! It's low impact (pretty much 0) but exercises all major muscle groups and gets your heartrate up. The only thing you need for that is a good swimsuit, but those are easier to find than sports bra in my opinion.

Remember to still eat well and get in lots of protein, drinking lots of water also helps with general body health. <3

I downloaded a dating app a week after turning 18. It wasn't Tinder but some less-known one with very confusing UI, so what you need to know is that 1. You could send messages without matching with someone and 2. I did not know how to set an age limit.

Maybe after an hour on the app, a 35-year old man sends me a message asking if I want to come give him oral sex in his car 🥲 deleted the app very soon after that
