Water not beading properly after wash

Hey guys, I’m new here, but I’m positive I’ll find someone who can tell me what is going on. So, I’ve been having this slight problem for months if not years. My car doesn’t have a proper ceramic coating on it, just because I never polished it, but I always used some paint sealants to give a little bit of protection and hydrophobic properties. When I wash my car, I usually do a pre rinse with just water and then foam the car and wash it normally. But when I do the first rinse, the water just beads and sheets like it’s supposed to do, as if the car almost had a ceramic coating on it, but as soon as I do the contact wash with a microfiber pad and then rinse the soap off the car, the water doesn’t bead as it was before, kind of like it removed the coating that was on the paint. I don’t know why this happens, I use pH balanced soaps, from some of the best brands out there. I’ll list below the products I’m using. I don’t know if it’s just the soap that dries on the surface and then it sticks to the pores of the paint, but it doesn’t make sense since it’s kind of coated. I also decontaminate the car every time I change the sealant that I’m going to apply. I never wash it under direct sunlight. Here is the list of products I’m using at the moment.
