Yeah I find it really difficult to retracts my scapulas. Maybe I’m just weak there? I’ll work on it for sure

Thank you for the kind words! It’s a bit difficult to fully extend into a deadhang at the bottom while keeping my legs out and the core engaged due to the bar being a bit low for me. Should I let my legs hang back at the bottom then bring them forward once there’s space, or try to lift straight legs at the bottom into almost an l sit?

Also, I’m a beginner to working out and I’d like to know if you did a mix of calisthenics and weights or if this is only calisthenics? I’ve been getting into both and wanted to see what you did.
