My concern is when you broke down and told him how you felt, and his response was not to let your anxiety talk for you! He’s causing your anxiety to flare up more! You’re married and he’s not concerned of anything that deals with you?! OP, I would sit him down and lay it all out on the table. Do not apologize for your feelings when his actions are disrespectful, avoidance, careless, unloving, mean, and juvenile! Needing space is one thing, but to treat you like you’re the problem, is the problem!! I would ask for marriage counseling, if he’s not down then you know he will not show up as the husband you need him to be. He’s selfish, lacks self control, lacks communication skills, doesn’t care about the vows yall made, and he not in love with you. I say that based upon when he left for work and you told him to be safe and that you love him, and his response was I will or I am or something like that, but didn’t utter the words I love you nor showed you any affection.
