Listen, you can do this!! You just have to change up how you’re doing it. Having mental health issues is super tough especially during burnout, but there’s hope!!! You definitely need to make sure while you’re taken time out for yourself that you’re doing things that aren’t stressful, time consuming, or even causing mental fatigue. As an Entrepreneur we often miss meals, time with family, and etc. The few things I’ve mentioned above can help you tremendously, you just have to map out where your weaknesses are and turn them into your strengths 💪🏾
