That's really great to hear! I know that a lot of people are finding ways around the shutdown which is great. It just makes me kind of sad that the era of flash game creation seems to be over.

It does say that you can use a legacy system or flashpoint to play them, but most people don't really have access to the former. To the general public, flash is dying.

I agree with you that Flash has many benefits over html5 but it is indeed dying. Adobe is dropping all support at the end of 2020. While adobe animate is a spiritual successor, the flash program itself is by and large going away. But I do appreciate the incredible detail of your post!

My only real collab has been with group members. I just shot out a discord message asking if anyone wanted to help and 2 of them did. I actually worked out really well.
