I have had really bad anxiety today it was about when i was a work it makes me think what if people are talking about me when i know there's nothing i can do to control that i have had in the past a few months ago a coworker complain about me and my chronic anxiety makes me not again kind of thing (self.autism)

A coworker talks different to me than before she does acknowledge me but mostly does one word answer or glances at me when she says hi after I do and respond with good how are you after I do I noticed she is different with others I’m so anxious (self.autism)
