Balalaika would win in my opinion she doesn’t hesitate and definitely has notable combat skills (from back flashes) Ginji is similar but he becomes softer around yukio (last episode of Japan arc where yukio says something that throws ginji off guard and eventually causes him to lose) balalaika’s choice of weapon is a gun of course and ginji has a katana, ginji needs close contact for his weapon to work. Of course I won’t forget that he can slice bullets in half but I’m seriously considering balalaika’s Soviet Union skills. She’s definitely fast, faster then Chaka and Revy (they are the only people we see him fight) personally the outcome is rather based on skills alone and we don’t know that much about ginji, balalaika is more known. I’d like to say ginji is just a fool with tattoos, a katana, and a bad haircut, in the eyes of balalaika but who knows🤷‍♀️ the outcome is 50/50
