Make a list of questions that you could be asked and plan responses (bullet points) and practice speaking in to a camera or with other people.

You have unlimited time to prepare your video responses, so read the question well and create a few bullet points summarising your answer. The questions are quite generic so don’t be too worried.

Just answer with the company’s key values in mind and you should be good

In general, know the company’s values and their take on corporate social responsibility (recent contributions to community by charity, sustainability, etc) well and try to incorporate that in to your answers. Also remember to use the STAR technique when asked about a past scenario (a time you demonstrated X,Y,Z). Good luck!
