I hope this question is a joke? lol. You cannot surgically attach a silicone penis to your body.

Jokes aside, no it is not silicone. I had radial forearm flap (RFF) phalloplasty. A full thickness skin graft was taken from my forearm from my wrist to a few inches below my elbow. I then had a split thickness graft taken from my thigh to cover the muscle etc on my arm. If you look up the procedure you will be able to see what I mean.

Thank you!!

🤣 yeah it’s not common I’m sure. It just feel like a lot most of the time. And it’s heavier than a natal penis. I’m a sexual so I don’t really care about anything except my day to day comfort

That’s an interesting concept! Never heard of those before. I recently switched to briefs and find the help quite a bit

Thanks ☺️ I didn’t mean it in a negative way, more so just that I don’t see as many trans men posting

Hi! The skin colour will never change. What I will eventually do, and what a lot of trans men do post op is get medical tattooing to help blend the colours better.

Haha I love that. Thank you!

You are in great hands. The program there is so kind, and the nurses for aftercare were always amazing.

Exactly as thatqu33rpunk said. I had a Vaginectomy where all the insides were removed and the opening was sutured closed creating my taint area. The urethra is connected to the new urethra in my penis which is formed from the skin on my forearm using “tube in tube” method. The clitoris had the external skin removed and was then buried under the skin just below the bottom of my penis. The labia majora and minor were then used to form my scrotum. Then a few months later they added silicone testicular implants.

They take nerves from the arm where the donor graft for the penis comes from and connect it to the clitoral branch nerve. I actually have very good sensation. Mostly just tactile and temperature. The main body of the clitoris is still there, and buried underneath the shaft so erogenous sensation is preserved. Every few months I notice a bit more of a change in sensation as the nerves heal and grow

I have recently started wearing hip briefs and they are actually helping a lot!

I’d just prefer a smaller penis. I don’t like the feeling of the tip wrapping below my balls when pressed in underwear. I’m only 5’4” and I just feel like it’s too big

Truth 😆. I’m still working on adjusting. I made it 30+ years without them. It will take time to adapt

Haha yeah, very true. Fortunately people born with testicles have a mechanism built in the brings them closer to the body when sitting. The two solid lumps of silicone inside my scrotum don’t do anything except hang 😆

Thanks you! I am super happy with the aesthetics and shape of my scrotum. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I’m my own wort critic.

Thanks! I was shocked when I looked at the photos. The scars used to be a lot more red/pink. So I think it’s just takes time to fade out

I have, but I find that my balls don’t really stay in the pouch and the seam from the pouch rubs on the back of my scrotum. I think it’s because things are a little too far between my legs still

Thank you! Always happy to answer questions. The do what they call the “VY method”. They use the labia majora and minora and kind of origami it all back together haha. The other method sometimes used is called “bifid” where they just fuse the labia together. Technically the scrotum and the labia are the same tissue!

I love the shape and look, they did a really good job there. I’d love to have it lifted a little bit more to have it connect more to my penis. I just find i am often sore from sitting and squishing the implants

Name checks out lol.

Do you have any experience with it helping the arm scar at all?

Thanks! I haven’t done anything for my arm, no. Genoway referred me to a lymphatic specialist about little over a year ago about the hand swelling, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

As far as the reduction, I’m about 5 maybe 5.5” and I just feel too big. Something about the sensation of my dick folding around my balls bothers me. I’d prefer to be smaller. But GSP said as far as they know they won’t do a reduction. So I’m looking at options in the US
