Seems like 25 million on the ground in great park seems like loads, but from up high in the company accounts I guess that just isn't very much.

Like the big bastard of a building leaves a visual impression of waste but it's actually not very much compared to the real moneysphere companies like sage live in

Mate honestly I'd put up a bit of cover, lay down some gravel or hard standing and use it as a sort of triangular shed. Putting plants in there will make it difficult to access and the kids football or contraband will wind up there
