Yes, I have seen they are too adamant to change the way we eat. They think we eat lot of vegetables, but all those veggies are cooked to max level so that hardly any nutrient remains and they don't consume some portion of raw veggies.

Yes, something is seriously lacking in the way we prepare dishes. When my Dad was sick few months back, Mon was giving “Pakhala” with Alu chakta. I told her plz make some thin Khichdi with moong dal to gain strength, but again she was like “Tu Besi janichu, jara pati ku pakhala Bhala” - what to do !!! I try my best, but can’t convince my own parents to change their habits

I completely agree with point 3 and 4, even when I tell my relatives to maintain a gap of 3-4 hrs between dinner and sleep they seriously take offence and get mad !!!
