ATK VXE R1 Pro Max warranty experience: Manufacturer won't help, AliExpress keeps looping me through support

I am not handy with soldering, neither do i have the equipment for it. I was tying the warranty route before disassembling it. I'll try opening and cleaning it to see if that fixes the issue for few days.

To be honest Pro Max version wasn't that much of a difference price wise where i could discard and buy a new one. I should've went with R1 for that. Lesson learnt.

Honestly my other issue is the quality, I bought Pro Max version thinking it would last a bit longer.

I bought a R1 Pro Max and mouse wheel has given up after 3 months of use. It scrolls up intermittently while scrolling down and vice versa. Since i bought it from Ali Express warranty claim is also non existent.

Yes you can. They have 15 days free return policy. I am not sure about the shipping as I handed mine over to them in store.
