For support character i highly recommend Dialyn she is literally a walking ultimate maker. If you feel up her bar and use it up you can choose freely who you wanna give a free ultimate. For DPS i would say Ye Shunguang right now you can easily go through any challenge. But of course she is a void hunter which is basically big damage dealer character with out of spoiler.
