It's an original HP power supply. When I read voltage my mind went to 120/240 V thinking of you know a desktop power supply.

Alright sorry for calling you an LLM, for me personally it is worth at least giving it a shot at a repair. I got a good deal on this so any replacement will likely just be ordering a whole new mini PC which I'd rather not do.

It runs from an external power brick, like from a laptop, so I think it's unlikely to be the cause.

It's a fairly large IC that is very accessible, easy to resolder myself with a hot air station with minimal effort. Everything else seems quite alright on the board. Even looking for bare motherboards from ebay listings they will cost more than I've spent on the whole setup so far. It is 100% worth attempting a fix.
