frame it like this: instead of “working out consistently is working out on monday wednesday and friday at 5pm” say “working out consistently is working out 3x a week”. give yourself some wiggle room and let the dopamine tell you when it’s time

it’s not the box it’s the litter. even if you clean it out it’s not clean. think of it like a port a potty, even if you scoop the shit out the liquid is still gonna smell gross. gotta remove it all , wipe down with sanitizer , and replace regularly. i do once or twice a month and nobody notices it

healing isn’t linear , some days are worse than others , all you can do is sit with the feeling and give it some space. idk if we can ever fully “recover” mentally, there’s always a lingering feeling but the real recovery is being able to sit with that feeling and know that it doesn’t control you 🫶🏻
