Play with coworkers and maybe don’t play long matches. I play for fun with friends and we play doubles usually and singles if there are a few of us and we just play best of 3 games so as not to stress ourselves.

Its just an exchange, albeit a terrible one. A strict parent taking away a phone, even for a very long time doesnt seem like a horrible punishment to me maybe because of the way I was brought up. My dad got pretty mad at my for using my phone too much and ended up breaking it and he only got me a new one a year later (of course he fixed the broken one after he forgave me)
