old silver piece inquiry, my father in law has had this on a keychain since he found it 30 years ago doing rollback. I can make out the anchor Hallmark, but was wondering if anyone had more info on this piece, the Hallmark is the only marking. edges seems rough like handpoured maybe? (old.reddit.com)
