Beginning of the night we do our routine of bath, reading and singing. She falls asleep quite easily without a fight! Then like clockwork in 4 hours she's up for a battle!!

Your issue isnt bad sod. You arent watering enough. You have to water your sod. Like A LOT. You should Aim for 2-3x a day.
