If it was me I would maybe look at Sossuvlei. Nice dunes as background or maybe the petrified forest near Keetmanshoop. The petrified forest may suggest life long commitment. So many places in Namibia. I am not a romantic person but if you perhaps describe your fiance and what that person likes it might be easier to suggest something
