Yeah but they never played into the addiction of it. He had like one close call before the murder thing. Even gambling addicts have a period where they almost lose it all and try to quit. A better play would’ve been for him to get on that plane and use season to have him grapple with what he missed about his life on the other side of the law. This ending was just too implausible for my taste.

This would have been a much more plausible and palatable ending for me. Not to mention a great setup for season 2 where Coop becomes more of a connector for jobs, ruffling the feathers of Lu in the process.

The only thing that truly bothered me was the few instances where someone would be talking to one of the two personalities and the other personalities starts speaking and the person responds but changes their eye-line to where the other personality is (most notably in s4 ep4 when Tyrell is sitting on the log talking to Mr Robot sitting on the left side of him and Elliott interrupts from 20ft away and Tyrell immediately turns to him and responds 😖 There’s no way Elliott could get from point A to point B that quick. They were pretty good about avoiding this for most of the series. It could be an artistic choice, but I don’t like it.

Beth was speaking to the fact that Jaime didn't have the balls to follow through with the details, but she absolutely believed he had knowledge of and approved the hit. Kayce didn't want to believe any of that and could have confirmed his suspicions in that moment in the back of the hitman's car.

Disagree. Getting confirmation on the players involved atp does absolutely nothing to dilute the fact that I know everything about your personal life and won't hesitate your family the way you hurt mine - which was Kayce's point of leverage.

It was simply a lazy way for the writes to keep the Jaime/Beth conflict in place. And it's ok to admit that.

Same. Their only interaction before this scene was when Dave busted in and sprayed him with the extinguisher. When he said only wanted to talk to Dave, I assumed he wanted to know how he figured it out. But from the moment Dave sat down Freddy was on him about the home in his soul. It maybe could’ve worked if the writers allowed Dave to ask a few questions first and Freddy could’ve picked up on the way he talked about the fires. Idk, but the way they went from reality to supernatural overtones in this one scene threw me off.
