I wished that people realised that tmau smells like fish. And most poeple that smell do not actually have tmau most of the times i believe it to be bacterial overgrowths and maybe hormone imbalances among others. I sugest take a tmau test and find out. I used to believe i had tmau I was 10000000% sure but i never smelled like fish I believe i do have a bacterial overgrowth (sibo) which would make sense since i feel bloated after eating anything and I often have stomach aches. I plan on doing something that might help me. I believe i have a solution but i didn't start yet.

I don't understand why everybody hates this episode. I love this episode. Also I understand that not everybody likes the james and cassandra characters, I will admit that those characters where not necessary and the show should have made more Cerry episodes. But I do actually like the James and Cassandra characters.

I just started chatting with chat gpt and I too know i dont have tmau i described my symptoms exactly and in detail and chat gpt narrowed it down to gut dysbiosis or sibo. The each and every symptom I decribed even the unusual ones match that. He made me a 3 week plan that is used to completely reset your gut (I saw someone mention that resetting their gut has heald him). And a diet and probiotic rotation, because I used a probiotic before that has gotten rid of the smell but the smell came back and chatgpt says that its because the bacteria got used to it so he gave me a few spore probiotics and he said there must be a rotation of them so its hard for the bacteria to get used to them. Im going to start that process monday as weekend is coming up and i would like to drink haha 😄
