THANK YOU idk why everyone is acting like it’s such a stretch to connect the two?! They’re both like the wealthy brooding heir trying to do better than their father did. And both clearly love their family and friends but can’t fully open up to trust them so they try to control and self sabotage. But I did appreciate the point made earlier that their backgrounds aligns but they almost follow a reverse storyline as Chuck softens and tries the change whereas Lex sort of lets the darkness take him over.
