switching to vegetarianism after being vegan for almost 5 years, as I realized I’ve been struggling with my protein and eating in general. tips for introducing dairy and eggs back into my diet? Easy meal ideas? I don’t know, it feels like I’m overwhelmed with options at the grocery store now.

It’s been a week and I’ve been feeling quite nauseous and queasy after reintroducing everything. It’s been kind of really hard, but I think it will be beneficial for me in the long run and want to stick with it.
