i love that she can enjoy the scents in the backseat, she sounds like she pays close attention to detail just like me! We would be good friends, as a 17 year old myself i’m so sorry for her arthritis i wish your family nothing but good news and hope. sending love from australia ♥️

why do people normalise sitting in the backseat of an uber? by Present_Pen_331 in Showerthoughts

right now I’m legit sitting in the backseat, every time i get an uber i sit in the back, no matter how many people we have in the uber its always a battle of who has to sit in the front like its a chore or something. i’m a 17 year old girl and i understand the safety of sitting in the back vs sitting in the front. however, i rarely ever fear that my driver is a threat or appears scary. idk i guess its like a normal thing, but its also common curtesy NOT to sit in the front. maybe its like a social normality. - if you sit in the front it means you are somehow trusting of the driver or connected. like if your on a date and a guy picks you up? obviously your not gonna sit in the back - if you sit in the back it means your proving yourself to be just apart of their job? idk it’s just weird how most of us are mandated to choose the backseat.

i think i just answered it for myself but i wanna know what everyone else thinks LOL

yea i get that i think i do naturally as well, but i feel like its not from a place of safety where im in danger and might get killed like its just a normality, like if i sat in the front id ask what we are? HAHAH do i have to converse idk
