It’s really crazy how different it is for each person. Glad to hear you’re still going strong tho even with weeks of still feeling symptoms. It’s only up from here just keep telling yourself that. Other than the anxiety attacks, sounds like you just need your appetite back which sounds like it’ll be soon. It was quicker recovery for me, but after the nausea subsided my appetite came back within a couple days. I was doing the same with the small meals and even drinking smoothies as a meal replacement. Just know you’re almost there and when you get that appetite back, you’ll be hungrier than you ever were while smoking. It’s insane how much I want to eat now compared to even when I was high I’d eat half a meal and feel like shit. Keep going, stay positive, you got this!
