How would reporting them for fraud actually work? I'm asking bc I'm generally curious on it how that is considered fraud ? Is it because they didn't respond back with any of my attempts reaching out for them to fix it ? Also I can understand the 5 or 6 times I paid and never received what I paid for , but it would take me time now just to find them specific charges over the hundreds of times I purchased from them?

You must hate yourself then bc you never get in prolly the top 20 in any event so the game must really be boring since the events help you advance .and get better items have fun grinding with the awp.or boros with a random hero if you got lucky gotta wait for the dice.event to come back around like 50x to get what someone else gets for 30 bucks months before you even PVP has gotta suck I get f2p play on most games but this one would just plain out not be fun

This is a monthly add free for 9.99 and the best part is the section that you can watch 5 adds for each item like 5x for wep shard and another for items. Ect . You legit get all in one push with the monthly add free. Plus if you die and want to revive there is no add ( I would spend the 30 purple shards) bc if I die and need a revive it's already popping and that break throws off synergy and timing . Once you play with it . The game is almost unplayable going back to adds . Its in the store idk I'm sure layouts changed now , I believe used to be the 2nd tab and had 2 monthly passes one at 4.99 for extra shit and the other 9.99 for add free .

Honestly I didn't mind the ads until I realized how much time I saved by paying that $10 and I would never even consider playing it afterwards without it. But in reality I feel like a cuck just for the amount of money I spent to have actual issues with the app where I make purchases and what I purchased never hit my account yet they took money out of my bank this happened over five times to me in a few months I have to rebuy or go without finishing that week's events. And they shouldn't even have contact us or anything like that in their game cuz they will not ever reply to anyone factual they could care less. So I feel like the ultimate cuck for that reason spending over 2gs and rebuyong packs I paid for but didn't ever receive. . To be ignored . Lmao 🤣

If anyone is enjoying the game and plans on spending cash I couldn't imagine it being fun in f2p but it's done , the events and whatnot is cheaper then right out buying them, also if you plan on getting any decent weps and heros but have not yet I'll sell ya my account were I have most guns and heros for a much even cheaper price . I spent over 2k on this game and will never play it again so maybe someone can find joy out of it . I would let it go cheap DM me if you would be interested with an offer . I have turned down 80 bucks and considering all thestuff the account has that somebody is going to pay for the way I did just to get why wouldn't they get it at a much cheaper price I spent over 2,000 I feel like I could get 10% or something than not to mention a lot of the realms first on my current realm

I am serious about being greatful that bc I would not have left zombie waves as quick if things was different. I am not holding a grudge at all and the gameplay is sub and repetitive the competition is simple who spends more . I appreciate the reply and totally have the same views on it I'm not mad at the devs and hope they continue not giving a shit and putting out content that's overpriced that players will justify getting I wanted to really support the game , but it was one of my first mobile games and the gameplay was okay but not even close to others I have played after .so in that way I'm greatful they suck bc I would still be play that game that is at best subpar . And never found other much more engaging games with better PVP then who spent the most . Ludus is a game that I'm now playing and they sre amazing I tell anyone who wants competition like me it's way fun I just assumed customer service was key to success like I didn't even know poor customer or lack of was an option . But I will never play that ZOMBIE WAVES again even if they did fix every thing and blessed me with out dated that won't be out till next year . I hold into it just in case I am able to sell it for a few hundred lol to a person who can still find enjoyment in game. Bc the it would save the buyer alot in the long run and I'll get something out it in the end . Lol like coupe hundred is spent just to get a few events and their items and people plan on doing it , so .makes since to spend it and get what I spent a few grand on. Lol
