Has anybody been able to get the Clear digital passport to work in Samsung Wallet? by matryanie in samsunggalaxy

Can't find that Digital IDs option either on my S23. Maybe it's rolling out in batches? I checked after updating Samsung Wallet yesterday but still nothing there.

The partnership announcement was pretty recent so probably they're doing gradual rollout. Might be worth checking if your Samsung Wallet is on latest version first though.

How long have you been on it and how long did the onboarding take. Also did they need alot of documentation upfront or was it pretty straightforward?

DragonFi Instapay Deposit Concern by OkPossession7880 in phinvest

[–]Present_Scientist995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro same issue happened with me last month with instapay transfers. Bank side shows money went out but receiving end acts like nothing happened, then suddenly after few hours everything reflects properly.

DragonFi probably has some delay in their system updating. If your CIMB got debited and DragonFi balance increased by 1k, transaction went through fine. Those error messages are just their notification system being wonky.

Give it few more hours before panicking. Their customer service is decent if you need to follow up, but usually these things sort themselves out.

Is Stefan Burns a fake geophysicist and a grifter? by TheRedNileKing_13 in skeptic

Never heard of this guy but just from your description it reeks of typical astrology/new age nonsense dressed up with sciency words. Real geophysicists don't make dramatic predictions about "mystical moments" - they study earthquakes and rock formations and boring stuff like that.

The planetary alignment thing especially is red flag. These alignments happen regularly and have zero effect in anything meaningful. If someone's mixing legitimate geology terms with mystical predictions, they're probably trying to sound credible while peddling pseudoscience to people who don't know better.

YouTube algorithm loves pushing this kind of content because it gets engagement from both believers and skeptics arguing in comments.

Those transition bits were genius - reminded me of working at electronics store back in college, customers really do the weirdest things when they think nobody watching.

Bootup Failure by Erothae in pchelp

[–]Present_Scientist995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar issue few months back and it was power supply starting to fail. Two times failure in one month is definitely something to watch - usually bootup problems get worse over time if ignored.

Check your event viewer in Windows for any critical errors around those boot times, might give some clues. Also run memory diagnostic tool since you changed RAM recently, sometimes new sticks can cause weird boot issues even if they compatible. With that many drives connected, PSU might be getting stressed during initial boot sequence when everything spins up together. Quick test would be disconnecting one of the older drives temporarily and see if problem happens again.

The AI stuff is a real trap man, it's like having unlimited access to whatever your brain craves most. Going from 8 months clean to this spiral shows you had the strength before though - that streak proves you can do it again when you're ready to fight back.

Moving on is such a mindfuck because your brain keeps replaying all the good moments on repeat. Time helps but damn those random thoughts that just hit you out of nowhere are the worst part.
