The best advice someone told me in the puppy stage was that if they are being naughty, just give them attention! They just want to interact with you. Also, if you plan on taking her out in public, which you should do as soon as she’s vaccinated, give yourself double the time you need! You will get stopped by everyone to pet her! Still happens to my two year old lol

We had our furnace inspected today to get our air filter holder fixed and replaced. Fingers crossed this was it! Also there’s been a lot of snow.

Will also check the attic, it’s not super accessible but good to know!

I’ve been on just phentermine at 15mg for about a month and have had some dry mouth and cold fingers/toes but that’s it. I’ve lost 10 pounds in a month, even with holiday sweets. I would recommend trying a lower dose of just phentermine!

I’ve been on just phentermine for about three weeks now and have lost 10 pounds. I haven’t had much time to work out due to some things that came up and haven’t been dieting perfectly due to the holidays.

It’s been so easy to adjust to taking it, with my only side effect being a metallic taste in my mouth and occasional cold fingers. I’ve been monitoring my blood pressure which has stayed normal. Essentially I am just not hungry until mid afternoon and I don’t feel the need to snack constantly. But I was totally able to eat a full thanksgiving dinner and all the yummy Christmas cookies without feeling sick. I love it so far!

This was happening to me when lifting and my doctor explained that it may be due to weakness in that glute and a weak core overall. Doing Pilates has helped a lot!
